Suffolk Honey

All of our honey is produced by our bees here in rolling rural Suffolk.
We harvest twice a year. Our Spring harvest produces our hard-set and soft-set honey and our Summer harvest generally produces our runny honey.
Our bees can travel up to 5 miles from the hive to forage for food, giving them a huge variety of native Suffolk flowers and trees, as well as farmer-sown crops to choose from.
Because we generally know what forage is available at specific times of the year we are occasionally able to harvest and jar honeys from predominant single sources such as Clover, Lime, Chestnut or Borage. Each honey has its own distinctive taste and colour. Which one is your favourite?
