Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you have been sent the wrong items or your order has been damaged during postage we will fully refund or replace any damaged/missing items. We ask that you contact us immediately so we can arrange replacements or refunds quickly and efficiently. We will require photographic evidence of damaged goods within 24 hours or delivery.

If your order is undamaged but you no longer want or require it, you are welcome to return it at your own cost and we will refund the order minus original delivery costs. You must notify us of your intent to do so within 7 days of delivery and items must be unopened and unused. Your return must arrive back with us within 7 days of notifying us. In the case of honey, we will not accept returns where the tamper-proof seal has been damaged, for health and hygiene reasons.

Replacement orders/items will be sent to the original order address. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order – usually refunded within 48 hours of delivery to us.
